Our luxury restroom trailers rent for $1,400 for our 2-suite, and $1,600 for our 3-suite. Pricing is per event. Final pricing is based on event location, event needs, and any requested add-ons. We’re happy to provide a custom quote based on the details of your event.

Contact us! We will return your inquiry within 24 hours. Once your event details are confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your date on our calendar. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your event takes place. And the rest is handled!

Our luxury restroom trailers are designed to comfortably support a wide range of event sizes, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations up to 250 people. If you are having a larger event, two trailers can be rented to accommodate up to 400 people.

Yes. Luxury restroom trailers include running water, lighting, and climate control, so they do require power.Our trailers require a dedicated 20-amp outlet within 100 feet of the trailer location.Before your event, it’s helpful to confirm with your venue:• whether a dedicated 20-amp outlet is available• how far it is from the planned placement areaIf power isn’t available onsite, a generator can be provided as an add-on. We’ll help coordinate utilities with you so everything runs smoothly.

A standard garden hose connection nearby works perfectly. And yes, we provide the hose! If water access isn’t available, we can provide a fresh-water tank fill option when needed.

Most flat, level, accessible surfaces work well, including:• grass• gravel• pavement• private property event spaces• tented event sites• outdoor venues without permanent restroomsWe always conduct a pre-event site visit to review access, confirm placement details, and agree together on the optimal location for your restroom trailer. This helps ensure delivery and setup are smooth and stress-free on the day of your event.

Our rig is big, like 37 feet long big! We need even more room than that to be able to scoot in and out of the trailer location, getting the setup just right. We'll let you know honestly if a spot won't work safely for our truck and trailer, and we'll help you find a better option nearby. Getting this right before your event keeps everything running smoothly on the day.

Every trailer is professionally cleaned, sanitized, stocked, and fully refreshed before arrival so everything is guest-ready the moment your event begins. Once the trailer is placed in its final location, we complete a final on-site touch-up cleaning and detail check, ensuring every surface is pristine and no detail is left unattended. For longer events or higher guest counts, mid-event refresh service can also be added to maintain the same elevated experience throughout your celebration. Cleanliness and presentation are a core part of the En Suite & Co. guest experience.

Yes. We offer several optional add-ons to support different event locations, timelines, and guest counts, including:• generator rental and fuel when power is not available onsite $150• fresh-water tank fill when a hose connection isn’t nearby $50• mid-event refresh cleaning service for longer rentals or higher guest counts $250• optional on-site attendant service for events that benefit from an extra level of support $500 for 4 hoursWe’re happy to help determine which options make the most sense for your event setup.

Our current trailer configurations are not ADA-accessible. If accessibility accommodations are needed, we’re happy to help coordinate additional solutions.

En Suite & Co. is located in Ada, MI. Our rental price has an included standard service range which is a 45 mile radius from our location. We proudly serve West Michigan and surrounding areas. If your event falls outside our standard service range, just reach out! We’re happy to explore options! Pricing includes delivery within our standard service area. Events outside that area may require an additional delivery fee. Extra delivery charge is billed at $3/mile beyond the 45 mile radius. Below is a map of our delivery radius:

If a generator is needed, we use quiet inverter generators designed specifically for event environments and position them thoughtfully away from guest areas whenever possible.The goal is for the restroom experience to feel seamless and unobtrusive throughout your event.

While many of our clients book us for a single-day wedding or event, we also support longer rentals for job sites, construction projects, and multi-day events.Whether your team needs reliable restroom access for a few days or a full work week, we'll work with you to set up a service schedule that keeps everything clean and stocked throughout the rental period.Reach out with your timeline and crew size, and we'll put together a custom plan.
